A horrific car accident tragedy late last night has left at least people dead and others injured. The crash occurred on Route 66 near exit 42, when a pickup truck collided with another vehicle. Emergency responders rushed to the scene, but sadly several victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident is currently under investig
